	If you're running a dpkg based distro, you can add

deb http://ftp.debian-unofficial.org/debian unstable main contrib non-free restricted

...to your sources.list file, changing unstable to lenny, etch, stable,
unstable, etc, or if that doesn't work, download the lame packages from
them and install manually usding dpkg -i.  I use it with ripit and to
rip CDs.  Works great.
