programm issues--moving files back and forth

try using winscp on the windows side,
and an editor like notetab lite (or pro if you want to buy it) if you're 
editing under Windows.
You can get winscp to edit files when you press enter on them.
Failing that why not use samba or are we talking 2 Linux boxes here?
