Well, you don't really need the install dvd. All you need is the boot
cd, and then install from either hard drive, the web, ftp, local
network...
In the case of local network or hard drive, you will need to download
the dvd iso, but then you just point the installer to the directory of
the iso.  Works great, speaking from personal experience. If you chose
to go to the web or ftp for the install media, you are going to be
dealing with the speed of your internet connection.
