using wireless with debian?

Check your connections; check your slot and the hardware stuff.
If the bios can't find the card; Linux can't either.
If it doesn't show up in the PCI device tree Linux has no chance to load a
driver.
Make sure the card is correctly seated; and make sure it is a supported
model as far as Linux is concerned.
googling for "linux wireless support"
will yield you the documents you need to acertain whether kernel support
exists.
Regards, Kerry.

Hello,
Looks like I was wrong about the card being detected.
it's installed, but I'm not seeing it in my lspci output.

Any suggestions?
Once I get it recognized it'll be a lot easier. I'd like to move it into my
bedroom, at the moment it's across the house in the livingroom.
Thanks, and sorry for all the questions. :)
