Voxin IBMTTS

I've emailed customer support about this problem, but maybe someone here has had this problem too?
When installing voxin the passphrase seems to be incorrect. Maybe I'm entering it wrong? I pasted it directly from the email so I'm not sure why it wouldn't work.
At first I got an error saying that cryptoloop wasn't compiled into my kernel, so, I did that. Now, no errors other than the passphrase being incorrect.
