Hi all, and thanks for the many responses, I'll check out the links and 
do the reading up on this critter, I did get the stable version of grml 
to work, so probably could install that, and it's smaller then ubuntu, 
but it does have that annoying habbit of spelling out everything, but I 
can get around that... thanks again!
