Speakup and Linux 2.6.24 - Almost Got It Working

Hi,

      I build all the synths including dummy into the kernel with the 
exception of the big dectalk ISA thingy, which is compiled as a module. 
Seems to work fine.  I can even 
switch them on the fly.
