revised WR Wave Reader

If anyone has accessed the wave reader I mentioned yesterday, please
update it with version 0.6.2, same location, or follow the web address
in the signature below. I won't be posting about changes here, but the
present ones are worth your upgrading from 0.6.1 to 0.6.2. They involve
a number of silly bugs and other stupidities, plus a major overhaul and
simplification of the paging scheme that works a great deal better than
the original design.
