speakup with espeak

Hello, just change the DefaultModule to espeak in
/etc/speech-dispatcher/speechd.conf.  Make sure you have the espeak
module enabled and you have SD version 0.6.3 or later.  After modifying
the config file restart SD and test using the spd-say command line utility.
