new debian etch speakup works with dectalk express

Hi, I was just writing to let everyone else on this list know that the
debian etch CD image with speakup on http://people.debian.org/~shane works
with the dectalk express.  I typed with out the quotes "speakup
speakup_synth=dectlk" and it worked just fine.  If I wanted to use this
installation CD to install testing or unstable how do I go about this?
