podcasting--podracer etc.

Hi List: I can modify the urls in the subscriptions
file in podracer. However, if I check poddir to
see what files have been downloaded, it doesn't
exist. Also if I stop a download after a couple of
hours, I get the message "signal caught. exiting".

Once I get to this point, there is the issue of
playing the podcasts. I waded through numerous
howtos & am none the wiser.

Oh yes! If this has been discussed in a previous
digest, please just direct me.
