podracer script update

I should probably rename this one as podrun since it uses podracer but 
actually does a run for the user each time it's executed.  Below is the 
update I've done to the script and I did it since I like to keep tabs on 
how large my podcasts directory tree gets so when I want to burn I have 
enough CD;'s.
