configuring espeak 1.19

Or:

Copy the  libespeak.so.1.0.19 into  /usr/lib

Then in /usr/lib  with root access, do:
   ln libespeak.so.1.1.19  libespeak.so.1

And if it's not already there:
   ln libespeak.so.1  libespeak.so
