Feisty and Dec Express

All,

When I try to load the dectlk module in feisty I get an error 
that the module does not exist. I have looked in the 
/lib/modules/blah/blah and it certainly does exist. I have to 
reboot before I can attempt to use the ltlk module, but once I do 
that one works fine. Has anyone else had the same issue with 
using the dec express with feisty?
