speakup "remembers" old screen

Yes, this has been a problem since the 2.0 release. I know Kirk was
aware of it, because I remember being on the reflector around the time
2.0 was released, and I remember Kirk and Jim I think it was, talking
about what was causing it, especially since it didn't exist in 1.5,
and in most versions of 1.5cvs.

I've found that the best thing to do when that happens is to
repeatedly hit numpad-enter 3-4 times, which will cause speakup to
shut-up, and then it is possible to reread/review the screen with its
current content.
