You need to get speak freely. You can get that either from
http://speak-freely.sourceforge.net
, or from the linux-speakup.org cvs, I believe the module name is
speak_free, but don't quote me on that. Once you get it, compile it,
and I think the binary you want is called sfreflect, though I haven't
run a reflector here for a year now, so don't quote me on that
either. Hth somewhat.
