dectalk express not found under 2.6.20x

Hi Josh,

I experienced this exact same problem and fired off a message to the
list. From what I understand, there's something broken with the
speakup_dectlk driver, but Kirk doesn't know what it is yet. If it ever
gets fixed, maybe my issues with it stopping 10 lines or so from the
bottom of my screen during a read all will go away.

For now, downgrade to 2.6.19.2 and use speakup as of December 1 (some
later versions might work as well).
