speechd-up randomly dies on AMD64]

Hm.  Could speech-dispatcher somehow be crashing speechd-up?  Is this
possible?  I tried the latest speechd-up from CVS with no luck.  It dies
less frequently, meaning it isn't dying seconds after starting it
anymore, but it only seems to run for up to 5 minutes now.  I will try
speech-dispatcher from CVS to see if this version may be causing the
problem.
