Hi.

I didn't mean to imply you couldn't do the install, just it will be very slow.  I've installed Ubuntu several times without any sighted help.
Getting anyone to read a screen for me is not an option either.  The only creature here that can see is my cat.

Although a lot of people on this list seem to be anti Gnome, I think they are being short sighted.
I still use mostly console apps.  I gained access to GUI apps, but didn't loose access to any console app.
