Hi Chuck. I don't know of a console player; however, try playing with SWFtools (http://www.swftools.org). The only experience I have had with swfextract (part of Swftools) so far, is 
extracting an audio stream out of a compressed SWF file; I was then able to reencode the resulting output to whatever format I wanted. Hth.
