Another cool thing is zssh which is some kind of wrapper so you can use
zmodem over ssh.  Now with regular sshd running on a linux host, you can
use something like SecureCRT for windows and use its own internal zmodem
to transfer files on the fly while logged into a Linux host.  Yes, I've
use Winscp in the past and is a nice program.  If you are using a Linux
shell to ssh into another, then use scp to copy files as mentioned
before.  If you want to use the rz command to do a zmodem transfer over
the existing ssh connection, then you would need to install zssh.  I
plan to install that; haven't yet.  I learned about this by googling for
zmodem ssh linux.
