Unfortunately, espeaks won't cut it for me at this point, nor will the other thing that sounds like eloquence. Maybe with a laptop I'll need to use the reliable doubletalk lt, which I can certainly do, or move my dec express from desk to lap, but I'm hoping to keep things still kind of portable.
