raids

Hi all,

My question has to do more with hardware than with software, but still applys to the list.

We are doing raids with debian in my class, and now it's raid 1 on 2 hard drives.

My knowledge of hardware almost equals zero.

SO, on my linux box, how do I install 2 master hard drives w/o messing up the cd rom as well since there are only 2 IDE channels plus the floppy drive one?

I need to set it up for excersising purposes.
