Trouble in testing speech dispatcher.

Dear Friend,
I installed dotconf as per the instructions of install document of
speech dispatcher 0.6
I installed  speech dispatcher as follows.
First I un tared the source tarball and issued command ./configure
Make all
Finally after making su 
I installed  make install.
I could find dotconf-1.0.so.o in /usr/local/lib
Now please tell me what I have to do.
