Trouble in testing speech dispatcher.

Dear list,
I installed speech dispatcher 0.6 on my Fedora core 3 box.  All the
installation went fine.
When I am trying to test by issuing the command speech-dispatcher The
following noticed.
Cannot open the file libdotconfig.so.o: no such file or directory.
Please Help me in fixing this error.
