CVS server down

Thanks for the heads up Garret.  I had forgot to put the cvs port in
the allowed ports for the linux-speakup.org interface.

Cvs speakup has already been patched for the 2.6.16 kernel thanks to
Daniel Drake.  He checked them in within minutes of the 2.6.16
release.
