The easiest way to do it is to edit /etc/courier/pop3d.cnf and/or
/etc/courier/imapd.cnf to your liking, and run

dpkg-reconfigure courier-pop3-ssl

and/or

dpkg-reconfigure courier-imap-ssl

There is a manual way of doing it, but without reading the courier
docs off the top of my head, I can't tell you what that is.

Greg

P.S. This assumes you're running debian of course.
