Why not? You're paying to get to use it aren't you? I've downloaded
lots of isos over bittorrent on a static IP connection, and never had
anyone at my ISP (or should I say my former ISP for dsl at least),
mention it. If they would've said anything, I can tell you they would
have lost my business right then.
