Thanks for the extra info about rsync.  This actually could come in
quite handy when keeping up with slackware-current after 10.2 is stable
on the local box.  I agree that Caroll is a fast site; it always was for
me when using FTP.  

Yes, bit torrent is probably pretty dead now that the release went out
so long ago.  But it is the only way to go at the beginning when most
mirror sites aren't up to date or maxed out.
