speakup serial ports

Hi Steve,

Yes. I have a box with one serial port on the motherboard, and another 
on a PCI card. The first one appears as ttyS0 and has a braille display 
on it, and the other one appears as ttyS4, where I would like to put a 
synthesizer. Some software only allows ports 0 to 3, the first four 
ports, and I cannot recall whether that is the case with speakup.
