I use TeraTerm with JAWS as my ssh client. Gives me both speech and Braille with accurate cursor tracking. I have to use Windows at work, so it's very nice to have an accessible ssh client running under Windows. A friend tells me that Zoomtext also works especially well with Teraterm -- change cursor shape in the teraterm.ini file.
