I have no idea whatyou mean by low end device, but this phone sells for
much more almost everywhere. In the U.K., RNIB has it for 299 pounds,
for instance. The price of the phone, unsubsidized, here in the U.S. is
$499.95. So, the current $199.95 price represents a pretty massive
subsidy from T-Mobile. You're just not going to find a fully accessible
phone for less, though you can find a partially accessible phone for
less.
