o/t and just for fun: playing PCM files with doubletalk lt

Can anyone point me to the proper docs to allow me to play pcm files through my
Doubletalk lt?  I know it can do this, but so far, it only works using a
DOS-based utility.  Just wondering if there is a Linux way or a way to simply
send commands directly to the Doubletalk to do this.
