Cool.  Nice fixes.  There is still a slight oddity with big numbers though.  The
number 1000000000 is now spoken as 1 thousand and million and, and 1000000 is
spoken as 1 million and. :) The same happens if I put in the commas.  And while
writing this message I just found out that 1,000,025 is spoken as 1 million and
and 25.  I am thinking that 1 thousand million is probably OK as opposed to 1
billion, but if the number ends in all 0s, there shouldn't be any &s. For
example, 1,000,025 should be 1 million and 25 but 1,000,000 should be 1 million.

Sorry, try as I might, I haven't quite familiarized myself enough with the rules
file to try to make these fixes myself.
