RE hosting -- Try Speakeasy: http://www.speakeasy.net
RE Asterisk and VOIP -- Quite a few of us are doing that already. For
instance, I am 100% voip these days (except for my cell phone).
However, Vonage and Asterisk will not mix. You'll need another service
provider--but that's trivial. There are quite a few good choices, imho.
