This brings up a side point or two.  First of all, I found it
interesting that Goddamn visual verification is being used again!!!  Why
of all people should the federal government be using visual verification
to exclude people and most of all, blind people are being excluded from
such services.

On a mutt related note, I notice that the URL view deal messes something
up and the addresses posted in the original message fail.  I had to
cut/past the addresses out and launch elinks from a subshell.  That's
one area where I wish mutt would offer better URL support like Pine
does.
