Apollo2 pitch problem

Hello,

Can any one tell me if there's a fix for this?

When using Speakup with an Apollo2 the pitch jumps by about two when reading capital letters even when the case returns to normal.  The pitch has to be returned to the default afterword.

The output from the apollo is also still a bit choppy.  Its not as bad as the speakup distributed with FC 1 but its still quite bad when reading a lot of text.  

I'm using Speakup 2 downloaded from the speakup site.

Any ideas?
