The FC3 installation provides speech support during installation. There
is no Speakup Modified Fc4, therefore no speech support during
installation of FC4--and, as ytou note, not speech from an FC4
installation until such time as you upgrade the kernel to a Speakup
Modified kernel.
Obviously, blind users are unlikely to install without speech support,
hence the notion of using telnet as per my previous message.
