now you may understand why we are trying, the company and I to get their
client to work with e-links, which seems to be the only reliable
javascript based browser option we have
and why I was looking for someone who uses e-links to test their demo chat
so I can besure it is not my setup of the program on shellworld that is
an issue.

webcrossing makes their chat client available free of charge to agencies who
use their hosting services.
Many companies want their chat to be within the basic confines of their
web presence which is the case here.
so creating the gateway is not as easy as suggested?
