icecast

Can anybody tell me where to find clear information on seting up 
icecast? It was suggested to me that I try using that to play music from 
one of my computers on the other 9I also got some things to work with 
esd but there are issues). I'm probably missing something, but I found 
nothing that really tells me how to do this. I also know there was a 
whole discussion a while back about playing music from one machine to 
another, but since I can't access the archives at the moment I can't 
access how somebody finally did this. If anybody wants to send meinfo 
and not drive everybody on the list crazy, you are welcome to email 
privately.
