dec talk express prices?

Hi all,
Seeking some opinions.  I may have come across a a dec talk express, and 
am wondering what the fair market value is these days?  Not sure if you 
can still buy them new, but I would welcome this, or a dec internal card 
if i could find one.  Still I do not want to be taken  given the article is 
not new.
Ideas as to the street price of a dec talk express?
