fc3 install issue

I am sitting at the point of chroot . have changed run levels with sed, and
turned firstboot off.  I have not rebooted the machine.  I turned run level
to 3 for text mode.

Is this before your reboot the installation?

Is your computer still at this screen? Or have your rebooted since (or
turned it off)?
