changing voice in speakup

Esteemed Dean, Isn't it needed every term?

And, on the merrits of the extant situation, wasn't I right?


All kidding aside, it would probably be useful to setup something like
that via some on line mechanism. We probably could even do it for
credit, if we wanted to get that organized via some E-University.
