The Speakup User's Guide, official release

If I can help at all with the html conversion process, let me know. I don't
know any of the fancy html stuff, but I can do a basic document with a table
of contents, headings, and the like that is simple and easily accessible.

No, the real thanks here need to go to you for making this user level
HOWTO. We've desparately needed it for many years. It's a great
document, and I expect a lot of people are going to get serious benefit
from it for many years to come. Thanks to you for making such a great
doc. And thanks for getting it so right on the first pass. I happen to
know how hard that can be! <grin>
