A debian specific question

Hi, to search for a package or a package with a word in it type the
following apt-cache search what ever you are searching for 
Replace what ever you are searching for with the text you are looking
for.  An example might look like this.  
Apt-cache search speech

Lets say for example I wanted to search for the package containing the
nice command David B posted about.  Is there a way to do this with apt?
I want the search to include something which may be part of another
package not a single package itself.
