Speakup documentation

For laptops use the capslock key inplace of the insert key you find on the
numpad.  You would use capslock+ the the f1 key to review the built-in help
facility in speakup.  You may find that pressing capslock does not silence
speakup in the same way it does on a regular keyboard.
