But it doesn't work at all with accessibility related features.

You can't navigate by headers, read alt tags automatically, use forms
reliably, and so forth ...

What about FireFox?
It works with JFW, but it is not easy to use since its not too good with
tabbing, but it works with the Jaws cursor, if one can tolerate that.

For an accessible web browser that works under Xwindows, you might want to
look at Freedombox.  It uses Mozilla for web browsing.  I've used it under
Linux and it works pretty well.  Their web site is
