speakup and x86_64

Hi, Deedra:
My little home network server is a dual Opteron, and it's been working
quite well for over a year now. I have had Speakup on it all along,
until the last round of kernels. So far, we don't have Speakup working
with the latest Fedora kernels on x86_64 yet, but we did have it with
FC3.
