Use Lynx And Go To Jail

Hi Janina,
Have you confirmed the source for this story?  I ask as it may be of 
interest to  the science Friday folks at NPR's Talk of the nation.  A 
great avenue to discuss what is standard and not and why.  It is on a lot 
of tech sites, but no firm source.
