official mime types

Last I saw on one of the xiph.org lists in terms of the mime types 
topic...Ogg was being considered for inclusion in the audio hierarchy. 
Not sure how far this got however since the last time I saw a reference 
to that subject, which I believe was a year or 2 ago.
